What you actually get
Factory kits ship you cardboard. Private chefs quote you a mortgage. We built the thing in between.
Tell your chef your goals — 200g protein, no seed oils, dairy-free, cutting phase. They cook to your spec. Every week.
Not a warehouse. Not a bot. You're matched with a vetted chef who lives within 20 minutes of your kitchen.
ServSafe credentials, kitchen inspection, insurance, allergen training. We reject 91% of applicants so you don't have to.
No frozen bricks. Chefs cook and drop off the day before your week starts, in reusable glass containers.
Local farms, wild-caught, grass-fed — sourced within 100 miles when the season allows. Zero mystery fillers.
Traveling Tuesday? Craving Thai? Bumping calories for a race? Change the plan in 30 seconds from your phone.

Meet your neighborhood
Former line cooks, culinary-school grads, and career caterers who wanted their own hours and their own kitchens. We vet them like we'd vet someone cooking for our own family — because they are.

“I was spending $340 a week at a factory meal service that tasted like cardboard. My chef Marisa cooks 12 meals for less, and I actually finish them. My 10k PR dropped 90 seconds in six weeks.”
“We're a household of four with a peanut allergy, a keto dad, and a picky seven-year-old. Nobody else could handle us. Our chef nails it every single Sunday.”
“As a pro athlete I've tried every meal service on the market. This is the first one where the food tastes like someone actually cared. And it's a fraction of what a private chef quoted me.”
Pricing
Two plans. Both start with 14 days free. Chef ingredient & labor billed separately, transparently, at cost.

For families, athletes, and anyone feeding more than themselves.
The honest answers
Every chef clears a four-step gate before they cook a single meal: ServSafe Manager certification, on-site kitchen inspection by a licensed food-safety auditor, $1M liability insurance carried by us, and a live tasting with our culinary lead. We currently accept 9% of applicants. Chefs are re-audited every 90 days and any complaint triggers an immediate review.
Consistency isn't uniformity. Every chef trains on our nutrition and portioning standard (protein grams, veg volume, macro accuracy within ±5%), and every meal is rated by the member after delivery. Chefs below a 4.7 average for two weeks are paused and retrained. You keep the same chef week after week, so your food gets more dialed in, not less.
One tap in the app reroutes you to a backup chef in your zone within 24 hours — we keep 2-3 vetted chefs in every neighborhood we serve. Any meal you don't love is refunded, no questions, no forms. In the first six months we've refunded 1.3% of meals.
$9.99 (Starter) or $14.99 (Plus) is the platform subscription — it covers matching, chef vetting, insurance, and the app. You pay your chef directly for ingredients and labor, typically $9-$14 per meal depending on your city and menu. Most members spend $140-$220/week on food, which is less than the average factory meal-kit plus grocery run.
We're opening one metro at a time — deliberately — because we'd rather have 40 great chefs in your zip code than 400 mediocre ones spread thin. Join the waitlist and we'll tell you the honest ETA for your neighborhood, not a marketing date.
